Meeting information: 1. The next meeting for the Woodturners of Polk county is      May 8, 2008 at the Bartow Civic Center@ 7:00 pm. John will be showing how he turns the small finial lid to the triangle boxes. 2. We will be having our spring sawdust session at Al & Sherry’s on Saturday May 17, 2008. Come and plan to learn something about turning platters, bring your lathe, tools and some wood. We will be moving the meeting to the Bartow Civic Center for the May – Oct. meetings.
